Howdy, folks. Just wanted to say that I won't be updating this site for the next week, because I'm headed off to good ol' New Orleans (yay) for a business trip (boo). I'm attending the 2002 meeting of the National Council for Measurement in Education. So, instead of spending my time cruising the swamps or traipsing about in the French Quarter, I'll be attending sessions with my psychometric friends and colleagues, the Nattering Nabobs of Normal Distributions. I'm sure we'll be able to escape the conference at some point and go to a bar so that we can drink mango daquiris and make bad jokes about statistics and standardized testing (God help our waiter).
